Today I went to the gym in an effort to undo the chocolate damage I did yesterday....I did a pump class for the first time EVER, and while it was really good (like, I can still feel my arms shaking kinda good) it wasn't too great for my bung knee. My physio is working with my personal trainer to develop a program for me, and my only restrictions at this point are the exercise bikes (including the spin bikes, thank god!) and the step class. If I do combat or boxing I just have to avoid the kicks.
So yeah....every muscle in my body kinda hurts right now. Imagine tomorrow...hmm. I think I'll do some cardio only and alot of stretches, so I'm not too sore for my physio and PT sessions on Wednesday. I'm just hoping with all this pain will come a gorgeous, slimmer back end ;)
In other news, I'm participating in the Mothers Day Classic this year on mothers day to raise money for breast cancer. As most of you know, my mother in law was diagnosed and treated for breast cancer, so it is something I feel I really really want to do. I figure I'm willing and able to give up a morning of my life to try and raise funds to improve the lives of so many women out there. If any of my Brissie girls want to join me, drop me a line and let me know!
